DMElog, JustAskBret, and Bret AI platform terms.

1. User Data Ownership
Office records, visit notes, contacts, photos, mileage, follow-ups, and uploaded content remain the property and responsibility of the user or organization that entered the information.
2. Privacy and Data Handling
DMElog does not sell user data. DMElog does not share user data except as necessary to operate the platform, provide requested functionality, maintain security, or comply with lawful requirements.
3. Google Sheets and Drive
When a user connects a Google Apps Script Web App URL, DMElog sends visit, route, photo, and mileage information to that user’s configured Google backend. The user controls their Google Sheet, Drive folder, Apps Script deployment, and access permissions.
4. AI Guidance
Bret AI and JustAskBret may provide coaching, summaries, suggested talking points, training, and workflow guidance. AI output is informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
5. Medical, Legal, and Compliance Disclaimer
DMElog does not provide medical, legal, billing, payer, or compliance advice. Users are responsible for HIPAA, payer rules, company policies, patient privacy obligations, documentation standards, and applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMElog, JustAskBret, Bret AI, their operators, owners, vendors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, business interruption, or reliance damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Acceptable Use
Users may not use the platform for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, spam, harassment, credential sharing, or any activity that harms the service or other users.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
Accounts may be disabled, suspended, or terminated for misuse, security risk, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity.
9. No Warranty
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” DMElog does not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, specific sales results, or compatibility with every device, browser, Google account, or network condition.
